{Week 13} Project 52 | Vista Children Photographer

We went to the tractor museum in Vista, California. OMG, I'm in love with this place. Mike and Frank from American Pickers would be in hog heaven here. As soon as I stepped foot on the property, I started felling anxious and wanted to get my camera out immediately.... thinking like a true photographer!! =)

La Costa Resort Photoshoot | Carlsbad Family Photographer

I had the wonderful pleasure of taking the S Family Holiday photos last year, and now again this year. This easy going family always makes it fun for me! They let me do whatever I want and they go along with everything. Big sister reminds me of my son. They share the same spunkiness. Both girls are very photogenic, Baby M is so happy and loves to smile once she warms up. =) Thank you guys for another great shoot.

{Week 10} Project 52 | San Diego Children Photographer

Here's a little narrative I did of my kids finger painting..... on themselves. =) Hmmm. I love how my son is acting like a boy and pretending to be a monster. But my daughter is acting like a girl and putting the paint on her face, as if she's putting on makeup. And in the end, it all equals bath!!! Who said being a Mom is easy???

This is what we did this week and I’m entering for the Glimpse 52 Week Project with Chic Critique, check out their blog.

Encinitas Family Photoshoot | San Diego Children Photographer

Besides photographing an amazingly photogenic family. I also got to photograph a new area. In my style, I was asked to photograph behind the client’s house in Encinitas. I loved this location. The electric poles, the view of Encinitas, the dirt, hills, street, even a little bike track... this was the perfect location and it was a lot of fun photographing this family on the fly! The wind was blowing and it was cold, but you wouldn't know it by looking at the photos. In my opinion, they turned out amazing. This place ended up being a wonderful location for a photoshoot. Thanks guys for suggesting this place and for putting up with the cold. It was worth it!!!

{Week 9} Project 52 | San Diego Children Photographer

I have ZILLIONS of ideas floating in my head!!!!!! I’m so glad I started the Glimpses 52 Week Project. I'm finally beginning to bring my thoughts to life. Not only is it making me take more photos, but it's also allowing me to create and think outside the box. During my week, it rained one day, so I took advantage of staying in and we dressed up and played with our umbrella. I broke out the angel wings and polka dot stockings and we had some fun.  I love the photos that look like M is getting ready to fly away. I'm a focus freak so it's very refreshing and exciting to take photos that have a majestic feel and are even a little burred. To finish up, we went outside and took some shots in the actual rain.  I love what I’ve been coming up with and this rainy day turned out to be exciting after all.
