This photo was taken at Ponto Beach in Carlsbad, California. It goes to show that you don't have to have a beautiful sunset to get great photos. This evening the sunset was overcast but we decided to go ahead with the photos anyway. Well, I'm glad we did. The atmospheric effect made these beach images look amazing with a majestic feel. Having a pretty sunset and having overcast beach weather both have their advantages!! I personally like shooting in both situations. Thanks G Family for a great photoshoot.

 I photographed this family a couple times last year. They've moved since then and hired me to capture their holiday photos this year!! It was fun working with this bunch again. Urban & Beach Photoshoot | Encinitas Family Photographer #SDphotographer

Not only is this my FAVORITE location to photograph at, but I'm also doing a Special Holiday Photoshoot at this same spot!!! That's how much I love to shoot here!!! This location has two of the things I love most, beach and an urban city look.

I had a lot of fun with The C Family while we walked around and shot photos. They were a beautiful family to work with and they did everything I asked them too. Thanks for working well with me… you guys were great!!!!

I enjoy doing Vintage Style Photos lately. I took these photographs in a field in Carlsbad, literally off the side of the road. I always enjoy photographing these two siblings. Maybe because I have a boy and a girl of my own around the same age difference so I relate! This Momma always dresses up her little munchkins so cute. They were perfectly dressed and used my props like pros. Thanks W Family for another great session!!

Here's another fun Holiday Group Photoshoot at Oceanside Pier, California. Get ready now for your holiday photographs and cards. This family decided to take advantage of having family in town and they scheduled a group session. It was fun photographing these little cuties at sunset!!! And it's a good thing we started early, because it quickly became overcast! I think Grandma and Grandpa will cherish these photos forever.
