Carlsbad Newborn Photoshoot | San Diego Newborn Photographer

I went to The M’s residence to shoot photos of beautiful Baby T. She was absolutely precious and a joy to work with. We sure did get to work up close and personal. She didn't want to miss a minute and was awake the whole time. The last 10 minutes of the shoot are of T falling asleep as her older sister is yanking her this way and that way. We pooped her out!! Thanks Baby T for a fun photo session. You made it seem easy by looking so darn cute!

30's Model Photoshoot | San Diego Portrait Photographer

I'm starting to expand creatively and think outside the box!!!! Here's a little sneak peek of the 30's inspired model photoshoot I did in San Diego. These photos are model portfolio pieces. I love the 30's style hair and the outfits. I especially love this first picture... it reminds me of a Stepford House Wife. This session goes to show that you really can shoot anywhere!!! The background was in a corner of a dirty driveway with junk all over. I love how the background works with the texture and lighting! LOVE!!!

I really like the fur jacket and the gangster look. Too cool!

Fletcher Cove Del Mar Photoshoot | San Diego Maternity Photographer

Beautiful Momma... beautiful family!!

I meet up with the M Family at Fletcher Cove in Del Mar, California. I had so much fun taking their photos on the beach. Little K has an outstanding personality and it shows in the photos. You guys sure did put up with a lot of posing... thanks for that!!!
 

I love this swing shot with Miss K!!! But I also love this shot of Momma rubbing Daddy's belly instead of Daddy rubbing Mommy's. This family sure was a ton of fun to work with!

Carlsbad Birthday Party | San Diego Child Photographer

I've had the pleasure of photographing these two cuties before. This time their Mom hired me to take photos at big sister J and little sister B's dual birthday party. Girl’s parties are so fun. I enjoyed taking pictures at their 4 year and 2 year party. This Mom really pulled out all the tricks and engaged the children. And the extra little details were perfect, like the lady bug rocks she painted beforehand. Very creative! I could tell the kids had a blast. Good job Mom. Hope you enjoyed the photos and were able to make a great album.

 

Carlsbad Maternity Photoshoot | San Diego Child Photographer

Today I meet the B Family at the Carlsbad State Beach for some maternity photos. I had a blast. When the clients are into it, so am I. It was a lot of fun posing L all over the place. She even brought an outfit change which I think added a lot. We actually started at a park and made our way to the beach. The beach was a little overcast but we sure did make it work. I think the photos turned out beautiful in the end, despite the weather.

1 Year Photoshoot | Carlsbad Child Photographer

I took Little Miss M's 1 year photos at a park in Carlsbad. She was just learning to walk so I got some great shots of her first steps into toddlerhood. Even cuter than her walking is her adorable tutu. The striped socks and tutu make the photo!! I had a lot of fun chasing little M around the park and photographing her. I love the beginning stages of walking.
