North County Field | San Diego Family Photographer

I was so excited to photograph this family, at this location. I even lugged the chair, my husband’s Grandfather made, out into this field. The sun was perfect, the sunset was perfect and this family looked perfect. This first shot was candid and I LOVE IT. I especially like how the Dad has to rustle up the little boy in the background and I love the expression of the toddler in the forefront… PRICELESS!! These kids have such beautiful eyes and eyelashes, that the close-ups turned out fabulous. Thank you K Family for a great photo session. I can’t wait to do it again!

Oceanside Field | North County Children Photographer

I love to do these spur-of-the-moment photo sessions!! Little Miss M, Big Brother E and I went for a little hike on an empty field that I‘ve had my eye on. I was able to get some great shots. The light was perfect, and the setting turned out fabulous! It made up for the fact that we had to climb down a dirt hill. The kids wanted nothing to do with me; all they wanted to do was run all over the place. But somehow I managed to get some amazing shots… especially once I pulled out the candy….. kids!

Sculpture Garden Photoshoot | San Diego Family Photographer

This is the third year in a row that I’ve had the wonderful opportunity of photographing this awesome family.  They challenged me this year by keeping the location a secret till a couple days before the photoshoot. I showed up at this funky location and I was amazed. I fell in love right away and I couldn’t believe that I’d never been there before. Good job Momma L for finding this creative location. I had so much fun photographing everyone. The girls are naturals when it comes to photography. And the family was up for anything. I even climbed a wall for this shot below. Let’s just say I was into it…. but so was everyone else. This location was fun, quirky and a challenge that I had no problem facing head on. I can’t wait to go back and shoot more photographs here!!

Escondido Photoshoot | San Diego Family Photographer

I always have fun with the R Family! They’ve wanted to schedule a photoshoot for years now, so I was happy to finally get the opportunity to photograph their family. We meet at Guajome Park in Escondido, California. The sunset was perfect and we got some amazing photos with great colors. I love the colors they chose to wear, the purple was perfect! Thanks guys for an awesome photoshoot... you look beautiful!

La Costa Holiday Photo Shoot | San Diego Family Photographer

During the holidays, I love to take heart candy cane pictures with the older kids. This is usually a hit… plus they get to keep the candy after we're done. The kids love this! I had a TON of fun photographing the L Family as we walked around La Costa Resort in Carlsbad, California. The tile, fountains and décor make for beautiful backgrounds.

This is my favorite picture I took at the Jack's Pond Fall Mini Sessions. I adore the sibling love in these photos! The smiling faces were a joy to photograph!  I sure hope my little ones get along this well when they turn that age!! ;)

Mini Photo Session | San Diego Child Photographer

I had tons of fun photographing this bunch. These little girls were darling and the boy was extra energetic. He sure made me work to get his photo. But I didn’t quit… and I’m sure glad I didn’t. I chased this little guy all over the park and finally got him to sit still for a second, yay. Every once in awhile, I need to get challenged, LOL.

This little girl reminds me of my baby girl. Once I mentioned candy, that's all she wanted. My girl does the same thing. So cute. We had a fun time running around Jack's Pond. I think I was able to get some natural smiles out of these cuties!! The pictures turned out amazing. I LOVE this first photo!
